What is there the say? Spot on product, brilliant delivery time, couldn't ask for more. Instalation could of been quicker, but that os my fault. Arthritis in my hands and being not being as young as I was, it took me an age to put laptop back together, but I finally did it it in a few days. It's made my day and it works wonderfully. I had a user whose Dell Laptop was running slow, even after doing tune-ups, t/s, and etc....So I ordered additional memory and that did the trick. However when installing the memory, only 1 would fit properly in 1 of 2 memory slots in the Dell laptop. So, I used the 8GB that came from Crucial and kept the native memory stick and two weeks later all is still going perfect.
